Arlington Artists Alliance
Members-Only Juried Exhibition
Arlington Artists Alliance members are invited to submit works depicting the theme “Fire, Earth, Water, and Air.” These four elements of western culture were believed to be essential to life. The concept of the four elements can be found in many ancient religions, as well as in astrology. Arlington Artists Alliance members working in all media are invited to submit works that convey the richness and aesthetic beauty conveyed by nature through the elements. The theme is very broad and open to interpretation: artists who do more traditional work may want to submit seascapes or landscapes, for example; abstract works, 3-d works and photography are also appropriate. All media accepted. Cash prizes awarded. Please note that this show is open ONLY to Arlington Artists Alliance members.
